“They will start of the show by giving away copies of a fanzine that marks the beginning of the actual project and is also used as a guide to what it is all about. It is a sketch of a long-term project of combining Jaka’s photos and Lele’s paintings. In the starting stage it is all about spending some time together, sharing the ideas and preliminary drawings in a search of the right interaction. The project is more about simplicity, documenting and experiencing certain surroundings and situations, than about looking for the ideal esthetic images. In this quest both artists are prepared to step down from the high visual quality of their own work in search of new visual forms.”
